漩涡状、旋涡样、车辐状、风车状、像用勺子搅过一样……描述席纹状排列的词很多，但一图胜千言！从概念上说，我把席纹状排列理解为许多很短的梭形细胞束（有时几乎像栅栏），以不同角度围绕一个中心点排成模糊的圆圈。从审美上说，我觉得席纹状排列看起来令人着迷。它是隆突性皮肤纤维肉瘤（DFSP）的经典排列方式（如本例）。不过，并非所有 DFSP 都有席纹状排列，包括皮肤纤维瘤在内的其他肿瘤有时也可出现席纹状排列。确诊 DFSP 还可借助其他特征，包括温和的细长梭形细胞核、脂肪细胞的蜂窝状包陷（该模式的更多介绍：https://kikoxp.com/posts/16903）、CD34 弥漫强阳性，以及（疑难病例中）检测 PDGFB 或 PDGFD 基因重排的分子分析。

Swirling, whorled, cartwheel, pinwheel, stirred with a spoon...many words can be used to describe storiform pattern, but a picture is worth a thousand words! Conceptually, I think of storiform pattern as multiple very short fascicles (or almost palisades in some cases) of spindle cells that are arranged at varying angles in a vague circle around a central point. Aesthetically, I think storiform pattern is mesmerizing to look at. It is the classic pattern seen in dermatofibrosarcoma protuberans (DFSP) (as in this case). However, not all DFSP will have storiform pattern, and other tumors including dermatofibroma may sometimes have storiform pattern. Other features can be used to confirm the diagnosis of DFSP, including bland elongated spindle nuclei, honeycomb entrapment of adipocytes (more about that pattern here: https://kikoxp.com/posts/16903), strong diffuse CD34 expression, and (in difficult cases) molecular analysis for rearrangements of PDGFB or PDGFD genes.
